The first surgery of the new "term" takes place on the last Saturday of this month. I am holding constituency surgeries on the last Saturdays of ten months a year - not in December and not in July. We will be manning the Acton-based office at 91 Shakespeare Road, and already the 90 minute time period looks likely to be insufficient to meet demand.

Earlier today, in a half-hearted and cowardly fashion, the EU offered Russia their sympathy for the terrible losses they suffered in Belsan. Crucially, however, they questioned Russia's role in the events that led to the murderous climax.
